Jonathan S. Grebow

Jonathan Grebow formed Ridgewood Real Estate Partners in 2008 to take advantage of the opportunities he saw in the residential land business during the current economic downturn. Prior to forming Ridgewood, Jonathan was the President of The Atlantic Companies. He started his career at The Atlantic Companies as an acquisition and land approval specialist in the New Jersey residential market. He then became the President in charge of acquisitions, operations and sale of all residential properties in the Companies' structured lot payment and joint venture programs, which was exclusively limited to the nation’s top four hundred builders in 7 national markets. Throughout his career Jonathan has personally led the acquisition and development of over $300,000,000 of residential land transactions.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Grebow worked for MRW Capital, a private equity firm based in Alexandria, Virginia and was the assistant to MRW's sole shareholder, The Honorable Mark R. Warner, the former Governor and current United States Senator from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
 
He holds a BA in Public Policy from The George Washington University.
