Ralph H. Grebow

Ralph H. Grebow has over 35 years of experience in real estate and financial services matters. Currently, he is a strategic advisor to Ridgewood Real Estate Partners. Formerly, he was the CEO and managing partner of The Atlantic Companies.
 
Mr. Grebow was previously the founder and senior partner of a major New Jersey law firm. Mr. Grebow began his career as an associate for one of New Jersey’s largest law firms, Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland and Perretti. Thereafter, he became Assistant Trial Attorney for the Essex County Prosecutors office.
 
During his legal career, Mr. Grebow has represented a large number of real estate developers, builders, community and money center banks and mortgage lenders.  He has represented and had equity relationships with some of the largest dominant private residential, multi-family and/or commercial developers.  Since 1995, companies in which Mr. Grebow was involved have partnered with a number of large institutional equity funds in numerous residential transactions.
 
Mr. Grebow holds a B.A. and J.D. degree from The George Washington University.
